coaching objectives

You will provide guidance and motivation for business owners to thrive, following the structured agenda for each in-person session, conducting coach check-ins, and facilitating micro-group activities.

Coaching Virtual & In-Person

Provide guidance to each participant, addressing their unique business challenges and goals. Guide participants through online curriculum, in-person sessions, and strategic growth plans. 

Offer Motivation

Aid businesses in maximising their performance, offer motivation and maintain a positive morale within the cohort.

Online Curriculum Guidance

Support participants in completing online modules within the set timelines, encourage them to apply the learned material to their business growth effectively.

Progress Monitoring

Monitor and report on the progress of participants. Identify those who may be lagging, and provide motivation and support to help them apply their knowledge effectively.

Coaching Responsibilities

Engage Through THRIVE Groups

Utilise the THRIVE Groups discussion forum as the primary communication tool to interact with participants.

In-Person CEO Conversation Sessions

Lead the in-person orientation and attend and lead the in-person sessions. 8 in-person sessions during the 6-month period.

Virtual One-on-One Coach Check-Ins

Offer optional 30-minute check-ins with participants twice during the 6-month period, after Modules 3 and 8, via virtual sessions.

Progress Monitoring

Consistently monitor participant progress and provide necessary support and mentoring.

Regular Communication

Participate in bi-weekly coach calls and schedule monthly meetings with the program manager.

Guest Speaker Coordination

Invite local guest speakers for additional insights and learning opportunities.
