My Top 3 Values as a Business Owner:

1. Passion - I find importance and value in the subject matter and the importance of helping the client/student make application.

2. Business Partner - I work as a partner in the learning and transference of knowledge and skills for the client/student. If it is worth their time to come to sessions (training and coaching), it is important they can use the knowledge and get positive results.

3. Business Knowledge - I have spent a good deal of time in the 'trenches' with my business functions and roles to include front line manufacturing, purchasing, sales, warehouse operations, IT, finance/accounting, quality, delivery, etc. My understanding of the symbiotic nature of these roles is beneficial to my teaching and coaching HR expertise in terms of how those functions operate.

“I've worked with brands across the globe, consulted with major brands, led workshops and run one-day digital ad trainings. Like everything else, there are many aspects to running and leading a successful business but when you know without a shadow of doubt what you need to do to drive sales at scale, there's no bigger game changer and that's what I can bring to the table.”
